Did you know ‘The Watch Strap Co’ has produced a new Apple watch strap to raise money for the NHS Covid-19 appeal. I’ve been looking for a fun and stylish way to support the NHS during this challenging time? I love the #StaySafe rainbow logo as it makes me feel optimistic that things will get better and reminds me of all the people working hard in the NHS to help us keep safe and healthy.

The Watch Strap has designed the strap to include a rainbow coloured #StaySafe ribbon. I love the fact that the overall design is simple black leather with distinctive white stitching. The #StaySafe ribbon logo stands out brilliantly on the black background but is unobtrusive enough that you can continue to wear it long after this crisis is over. You can also download a free watch face to match, as you can see on my watch. The logo has been inspired by the millions of beautifully coloured rainbow pictures that have popped up across the country. Our road looks so lovely and colourful with all the rainbows in the window, I love to see them all when we go on walks around the neighbourhood and it never fails to make me feel thankful and happy. Now you can wear this symbol of hope and gratitude on your wrist

The strap costs £69 and is based on the Defiant watch strap which is compatible with all Apple Watch versions (Series 1-5). The stainless steel WsC deployment clasp is designed to match your Apple Watch perfectly, allowing you to put your watch on, or take it off, with just the click of a button. The strap comes in beautiful packaging, so would make a lovely gift for someone. It is perfect because the strap is small and light enough to send through the post. It would definitely show someone how much you appreciate them.

The best thing about this, of course, is that 100% of the profits will be donated to the NHS Covid-19 appeal. NHS Charities Together is a collective experience representing, supporting, and championing the work of the NHS’s official charities. NHS Charities give £1million a day to the NHS, providing vital funds to help the NHS do more. During the COVID-19 crisis, they are working with NHS England and our member NHS Charities on a nationally coordinated response. Their first grants have been given out to NHS charities and used to meet the immediate and urgent needs of patients, staff and volunteers – for example by providing somewhere comfortable so staff and volunteers can take a break, and counselling support to protect mental health and help staff and volunteers process what they are dealing with.
